Après le rachat de Nantaise des Eaux par Suez Environnement, la recomposition du marché de l'eau en France se poursuit. La SAUR avait été rachetée par le groupe Séché environnement au pire moment, pour rester une entreprise française avec l'appui de la Caisse des Dépôts. Le prix d'achat était fixé alors que le secteur était au sommet. Concurrence renforcée, guerre des prix, vague de retours en régie, quelques années plus tard, le marché n'avait plus rien à voir. Le passage sous pavillon espagnol se fera-t-il ?
