Kuwait will soon host one of the largest US ground forces, with more than 4000 soldiers, as the fight against ISIL ramps up.



The Fort Carson soldiers are heading to the Gulf state, which borders Iraq, where ISIL has gained a stronghold in the north, as President Barack Obama sought authorisation from Congress for military action against various terrorist groups in the Middle East.
