Cette nouvelle application IPhone / IPad sur la vaccination est destinée aux enfants de moins de 10 ans. En suivant la nouvelle aventure de Lili au travers de 13 séquences illustrées, les enfants découvrent que lorsque l’on est bien préparé, se faire vacciner n’est plus si effrayant !
Après le succès de Lili et le Potager Magique et du Rhume de Lili (plus de 28 000 téléchargements), le groupement de pharmaciens Giropharm poursuit sa lancée et créé une nouvelle application, animée et ludique, sur la vaccination.
Comme de nombreux enfants, Lili s’attend au pire en pensant à son rendez-vous chez le médecin pour un rappel de vaccin : elle ne comprend pas bien ce qui va lui arriver et elle a peur d’avoir mal. Lili va alors découvrir que lorsque l’on est bien préparé, se faire vacciner n’est plus si effrayant. A la fin de l’histoire, la petite fille va à son tour donner des conseils aux enfants mais aussi de bonnes astuces aux parents qui les accompagnent afin que tout se passe au mieux le jour J !
Comme dans les applications précédentes les enfants peuvent :
• Lire et entendre des bruitages au fil des pages (les rires de sa maman, le baiser du prince charmant, les cris des enfants dans la cour de récréation, etc.) • Enregistrer leur propre voix ou celle de leurs parents lorsqu’ils lisent l’histoire
• Mettre leur photo à la place de la tête de Lili ou de Lulu • Répondre à un quiz sur l’histoire et découvrir des conseils santé…

2- HEALTHCARE SOCIAL MEDIA by PHARMAGEEK - Twitter: A Good Place to Detect Health Conditions
With the proliferation of social networks and blogs, the Internet is increasingly being used to disseminate personal health information rather than just as a source of information. In this paper we exploit the wealth of user-generated data, available through the micro-blogging service Twitter, to estimate and track the incidence of health conditions in society. The method is based on two stages: we start by extracting possibly relevant tweets using a set of specially crafted regular expressions, and then classify these initial messages using machine learning methods. Furthermore, we selected relevant features to improve the results and the execution times. To test the method, we considered four health states or conditions, namely flu, depression, pregnancy and eating disorders, and two locations, Portugal and Spain.
We present the results obtained and demonstrate that the detection results and the performance of the method are improved after feature selection. The results are promising, with areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve between 0.7 and 0.9, and f-measure values around 0.8 and 0.9. This fact indicates that such approach provides a feasible solution for measuring and tracking the evolution of health states within the society.
